Meetings
Every meeting of the Association is open to all residents of the district. Meetings are noticed in advance through the Association’s communication channels and posted here.
Once a board is in place after the June 15, 2026 election, the regular meeting cadence will be set by the board and announced here. In the meantime this page lists the founding meetings of the Association and will hold the minutes archive as it grows.
Quorum, votes, and minutes
The bylaws — available here — set the rules for what makes a quorum, how votes are conducted, and what the official record of a meeting is. The board of directors is responsible for keeping the minutes of every meeting and for publishing them once adopted.
When minutes are formally adopted, they appear under each past meeting below with a direct link.
