- Your event RSVPs, your notification inbox, and your notification settings
- The name, email, and phone you gave us — including on any suggestions you sent
What is kept, with your name removed
- The association's audit and security records (required for 7 years)
- Bylaws approvals and any governance decisions you took part in
- Property and residency records for your home, and committee-roster history
- A vote you already cast — it belongs to your household, not to you, and is unaffected
Your account stays active for 30 days. You can sign in and cancel any time before then; after that it is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
