Board of Directors

The Association is led by a board of directors elected by the membership. The board sets the Association’s priorities, represents the neighborhood to the City of Orlando and Orange County Public Schools, and answers to the residents who elect it.

Directors are elected by the membership; the board then organizes itself, choosing its officers from among the elected directors. Every meeting of the Association is open to all residents of the district, and the board’s decisions are recorded in the minutes.
